yes nunu
Ok thanks
I would like to understand what initiation means because it says that in lucumi if someone is initiated to one orisa they can’t be iniated into others. Does that mean they can’t communicate with them on a certain level?
yes women can play it, I have never seen it here however, but I will find out for sure!
SS, theirs is a lie,a huge lie!
Hi Nunu, I a coming now with another post!
yes, Obara. In some ways, the lukumi almost seems like a completely different thing. I think the Brazilian Candomble are a closer to the Nigerian way, but they also have too much catholic influence.
I am a drummer, so I was curious to know about playing the bata drums.
Hey Obara, ok
Good afternoon everyone! Hi Seeker
Hey Nunu! Hope you’re having a great day.
I am, thank you SSeeker
This was very interesting to see all of the differences. It seems the Cubans have made things much more strict for some reason.
Obara, I’ve always wanted to know are women allowed to play bata drums in Nigeria or is that just a Cuban thing?
