Hello everyone, there will be no post today. Here in Nigeria I am being thrown a huge party, my husband and my daughter decided that since I never had a party since the day I was born, it is fitting that I get one this year. Celebration of my Earth strong!
He invited two town full of people, I do not know how our compound will hold so many people although it is quite a large compound. The Ram is outside waiting to be the star of the show in the dishes which some women will cook today, the women are already here, Africans do things as a community which I love.
On Menu is Jollof Rice, Ram (Sheep, this is what they call it here in Nigeria, de big one with the huge horns, white), Pepe soup (pepper), Egusi stew (made from melon seed, really delicious) Semovita (nice ei si), Eba (made from cassava) and Fried rice also. Steak which Africans call Cow meat (fresh, never on ice) will also be fried and served that way and also stewed, and Moi moi, which is a delicious bean cake and salad made from cabbage and carrots with mayonnaise and other things. Finger foods will be served such as puff puff ( a sweet dumpling like treat) Samosa’s and small fish and corn fritters.
The Oluwo went to Grocery Bazaar and bought every liquor possible, Beer, Champagne, Hennessy, Wines and more, Africans love to drink, and the DJ’s will level the vibes, (ah hope or me an him in yah tiddeh!) I have some dance hall CD’s he must play, 90’s dance hall sweet like suga, caws when I done inna yah tiddeh wid de dancing!!!

Actually, I celebrate the day of my birth everyday, and I thank God for being here and that my children came from the realm where we belong to join me here in this world.
The world is a tough place, but it is also enjoyable, I enjoy life and I expect to be in the world for a very long time, ase!
I will see my children grow to pass the worse and enjoy good things and I will live to see Grand and also great grand children who will know me in my right mind and good health. I will continue to prosper and to help all people who need my help and even some who think they don’t. God and all the Orishas and my ancestors will be with me always ase!
I thank you all for your kind words and prayers on this my celebration of Life and God Bless you all!
Please continue to pray for me and my family, as I continue to pray for you all!
Peace, Love and Light!
