Everyone please help me congratulate one of our bloggers Prosperity for safely delivering a beautiful baby girl. Our spiritual baby. We welcome this precious girl into the world, and she came in enlightened, because the mother has been here before the baby was conceived. Prosperity asked me to thank all of you here (you know who you are) who prayed for her through her up’s and down’s which she shared with us in her blog contribution post which was filled with raw honesty. Prosperity wanted me to also thank Oladayo, our dream interpreter on this blog, because his interpretations of her dreams, assisted her immensely as she journeyed through her pregnancy which had some challenges.
However her delivery was safe and de pickney pretty like money. Congratulations Prosperity. I had to write this post this morning, amid doing initiations (which is done now) and not feeling well (flu), reason de Obeah class nuh start yet. Prosperity, I have never met you, as with most of my bloggers, but I love you just the same. You have such a winsome character. I thank God that you found us over here and joined our conversations. I love you for that and for staying with us.
Now Prosperity I know you are already a mother before this baby, but never the less I have to give you some instructions, here is hoping I am not too late. If you remember Blogger Yazzy’s post when she had a baby I gave the same instructions.
Never breast feed while laying down, sit up and feed her. If you allow her to feed while laying down, ah desso yuh titty dem aguh end up looking like two wet socks, so take heed. Pickney know how fi drag dung mumma titty dem ah Grung, whey yuh can all swing one side an box smaddy wid dem (not talking from experience, fi mi dem still high up inna de air, we praise de Lawd!).
Do not spare de rod and spoil de chile, mi nah tell yuh fi beat har enuh, but discipline her appropriately as she grow, we nuh waan nuh more Sandra in de society. She ah one ah we pickney over here so she muss tun out good, or mi will tek up de flogging myself! Caws all like ah Sandra, Fatty shuddah drop some “Licks in case”, in other words, beat Sandra sometime fi nutten, just in case she did ah tink fi do sinting bad. That name licks in case!
You have a girl now, the first one is a lovely boy, so yuh balance out, if more is to come, I pray they come with all good things and you will enjoy them and they will enjoy you. God Bless yuh! Since you have been here with me, you have not left me out, and all who knows me, knows I cherish loyalty. Too many people have betrayed my enemy in life, mi juss love yuh and yuh pickney dem. I believe in prayer and the power that comes with it, so I pray all good things for you pray my friend.
Prosperity I pray that all things in your life now as you have contributed again to the world, go according to the will of your destiny for you now and always, ase!
I pray that our divine source, the powerful being that sustains all of humanity embrace you and them into the fold of it’s bosom and protect you from the harshness of this life, going forward. Ase!
