WATCH YOUR DREAMS

The world is filled with so many people who claim to be able to interpret your dreams, and some very well can, but I believe that the number of those persons are very small. Often times dreams comes as metaphors leaving the dreamer to guess and wonder what they are being told or shown.

In history and especially  in the bible there are stories of dreams being told to bible characters which warns of events to come or which helped Joseph who was betrayed by his brothers gain favor of the King after he successfully interpreted the Kings dream. It is my belief that dreams are our spiritual compass, a guide or source some what which guides and directs us onto our path. Our dreams warns or tells us of things to come good or bad. It is important that we place great importance on them. Often time many people will say that they do not dream. It is correct to say you do not remember your dream, because everyone dreams every night, we all dream. It is a nightly or in some cases a daily occurrence.

When we sleep our spirits leave our physical body and travel to what the Kabbalist call the spiritual earth Malkuth. If you are familiar with this blog then you will know that I have always told you that there are realms and dimensions unknown to us human beings, but they do exist. There are beings which are around us and who travel with us and or visits us that we are not aware of. Many of us are familiar with our ancestors and the role they play in out lives, and of course of angelic beings and their roles, (although religious teachings has misguided us as to their true nature and potential role to human beings, it is not as we believe), however there are many more non physical beings who interacts with human beings in a positive or a negative way and we are not aware of them.

The night hours, or darkness brings about a different message than when the sun is up, and there are beings whose job it is  to communicate with us human beings as we sleep, again in a negative or positive way. Often times when we sleep and our spirit travels out we may meet upon some malevolent entity which may give to us bad messages or what we would later call night meres or bad dreams. I am sure we have all experienced them, these things must happen and must be experienced because it is the roles of these beings which operates in they way they do for our spiritual growth and development. It is necessary for us us to experience in order to learn. Nightmares may be awful, but often times, ( I say often times, because not all the time they are caused but malevolent beings, sometime it may be a reaction of the body or mind) you are being introduced to things which the normal mind cannot know in one life time.

There also are our ancestors, or guides, guardians, and benevolent beings who also meet us as we travel the dream world. Some will show us things unknown to us, others will want to teach us, some will want to share their stories with us, or we may be guided to view someone’s life, their history and story while in this world, which our sleeping state has allowed us to experience.

We should all be open or rather keep an open mind to any and all possibilities. Keep a journal to chronicle all dreams and related visions.

Yesterday in the afternoon as I slept in our office compound, the heat was intense. Our generator was being serviced, so one of our students sat at my side and fanned me as I attempted to sleep in this bad heat. As Biola steadily fanned me, I was lulled into sleep, but the heat kept insisting that I pay it attention and so I was not allowed to go far into slumber. I remember turning my back to Biola as he continued to fan me tirelessly. I must have defied the heat and his insistence of gaining my attention and drifted off somewhere, because the passing of some time I do not remember, but I became alert when I saw something in light pale yellow dressed as a Muslim walking toward me, bare in mind I am in a sleeping state, but my spirit is baring witness to something supernatural.

I am aware of my surrounding and of the room and also of Biola still fanning me.My eyes are closed and my breathing steady, my back is turned to what I can see coming toward me. Something said to me Obara, turn your body and face this thing that is coming, it is here to challenge you. I saw the thing stop, (It had no body, just a pale yellow cloth as apart as its make up), as it realized that I saw it. I attempted to turn my body around as the voice suggested, but found that I could not. I tried to call out to Biola, wanting him touch me or shake me awake even, in doing this, my spirit which was outside of my body would join it and I would become fully awake, rending this entity powerless, I found I could not move, or even open my eyes. I tried to call out to Biola, and I could hear myself saying Biola, but in a very strange voice, almost like wailing, a very haunting sound to my own ear.

I struggled to wake up, but I still could not. I saw the entity standing by the door of the room, as if it wondered how long it could keep me locked in the sleep world, how long would I be not able to move under its command. I kept wailing Biolaaaaaaa!!!! Through closed lips, my mouth could not open, neither could I move the rest of my body…I could hear the fear in his voice as he watched me writhe on the bed and call his name. I heard him say ” Mom?, Mom?, repeating this word several times in a worried voice. I kept wishing he would just shake me, so that My spirit and body would join, but he did not, he just kept saying Mom in a frightened or worried voice. the whole ordeal seemed to last a life time, I even felt as if my breath would go and I tried my best to calm down as I have experienced this before, many many times. Eventually I was released and I jumped up to a very scared or worried looking Biola.

The Babalawo for the compound had gone to a meeting, and it was him who instructed Biola to fan me. Had he been there he would have known what to do.

What I experienced was not a dream, but a spiritual experience which we will talk about here one day. It was not an attack, but a nonphysical who recognized that I was no ordinary human being and tried to challenge me. however I decided to tell you all about it because it is also a very important sleep experience which many people do not understand. These experiences of being aware that you are not joined with your body as you sleep carries a very different message and they also teach a lot.

Our journey here is to learn, experience and teach, a very important part of that process is the dream experience. It is important to pay clear attention and if you do not understand your dreams, then consult with a competent person.

We should pay attention to our dreams, and watch for the messages within, for at times they can save your  life, or show you an enemy or a disaster to come, or show your your destiny or your true friend. Watch your dreams, but be mindful that they can tell stories which you may have to use wisdom to figure out. Your dream can tell you that your best friend is a betrayer, showing that friend in your dream, do not be quick to cast him or her away, it may be another person that your friend is representing, but the answer is contained within the dream itself, if only wisdom is used to analyze it.

If you know that you dream and you wake not remembering what your saw, do not force your memory, often times you were privy to something which you are not allowed to talk about, but it is in you memory bank, filed away or it is not time for you to use that information as yet. Never force yourself to remember your dream. Never talk about your dream in the night, One day I will explain why, but never speak of it in the night hours. Upon waking from a dream in the morning, place a nut meg in your mouth before you speak it,again this will be explained to you later. Never tell anyone you do not trust your dreams. All will be explained in a future post. Watch your dreams.
