As a child in Jamaica if a splinter ran up into our foot my mother would use kerosene oil and then scrape the inside of a green banana, mix it together with something else and tie it on the foot with a material called calico and in no time the splinter would be drawn out. For ring worm she would rub the affected area with lime until it bled, then crush Blue (or Azure) to powder, sprinkle it onto the area and then use a bottle stopper from a beer bottle or a Jamaican D&G and press it hard over…

Good day everyone. There is so much that I have to share with you all, but recent concerns have forced me to put the excitement aside and deal with two very important issues. I implore everyone who has ever had, thought of or plan to visit a spiritualist of any kind for ANY reason to read this post. (more…)

Last night I was tired of binge watching old episodes of Gun Smoke (huge crush on Matt Dillon the Marshall), so I decided to go through some of my older posts and read them over. I must say sometimes my own stories fascinates me. I made sure to stay away from the ones that would conjure up some bad memories, after binging on Matt Dillon for days now my mood is quite good, happy. I came upon this post and after reading it, I was still wowed by this anonymous story. When I re-read the post last night, I had…

There are many families affected by generational curses. Often times many may wonder why their lives and the lives of their families goes a certain way, not knowing or realizing that there is a curse within the family. Unlike what many people think, it isn’t always someone being upset at another and cursing them with a bitter tongue, (this power in rare in most humans but it is very real among others) and is more potent at a certain time in a person’s life, unless aided by Obeah/witchcraft done well. But did you know that generational curses can connect even without the…

Imagine being home, let’s say you’re cooking waiting for the children to come home from school. You’re a housewife. You know the mailman comes every afternoon to drop mail into your mailbox between the hours of 1-2PM. The children get home by 3:30. But on one particular day, between watching television and watching the food on the stove and waiting for the children to arrive… an eerie strange feeling comes over you. The doorbell rings. It’s the mailman with a package that can not fit in the mailbox. You go outside, sign for the package, and return inside, but that…

There are so many mysteries here in this earth realm and about our lives in which we live. Many of us have no idea of water people or other dimensions or other realities. Many of us are so caught up with trying to get through life and it’s encumbrances. Survival for most of us is what is on the mind, some finding it difficult here and others play it a day at a time. I have always known somewhere from deep within, that although I was human, I was different. (more…)

I had always wondered while growing up and seeing people becoming possessed, what really went on during the time they are in custody of spirits? The world of spirits always fascinated me and I eventually knew why when I began to trod the path of a practitioner. While attending Zion church, I secretly criticized people who claimed they were in spirit. I was the proverbial doubtful Thomas, still am, I suppose. There was a time when I felt detached from almost everything. I did not realize my feeling of detachment then, I recognized the feeling as being numb, this was when I was in…

Since the other day, I have been hooked on a Netflix original series called Travelers. One Sunday Night, when all had quieted down and I settled into my bed, I wanted something new to watch. Cable has a thousand channels here in Nigeria but nothing good to watch except food network, so I decided to go to trusty Netflix. I searched and found Travelers. The look of the characters advertised did not seem like vacationers to me, there was something eerie, out of place or to my taste there, so I checked it out to see what exactly was the series about. Here’s the…

When I used to attend a Zion Revival church in New York, the Pastor for the church was a man in his sixties I  believe, and a very great seer. I have witnessed many miracles performed in the church and his prophecies were always on point. His wife was friends with all the young girls in the church, but she disliked the older women because she thought that they were all after her husband. I suspect that it might have been true. There were many times after church that we had to hold her back from fighting Miss Samuel and Sister…

A few nights ago while the night darkened and I did my nightly habits before going to bed; such as making sure the kitchen was clean, straightening up the house, washing my face and moisturizing, putting up the cows in the barn, injecting the horses, leaving out food for the night bats, giving the lawn one last mow, fluffing the news paper the chickens were sleeping on, leaving out the night lights and snacks for the aliens who visits nightly and more, I noticed a tightness in the air. Although I was tired, I had a feeling of being tense…
