Nice post Obara! You always know what to write.
I was thinking to myself recently that I need to take a break from social media because it’s becoming a crutch for me , as Ive noticed I use it to escape my thoughts and stress.

I actually think a lot of people use it as a means of an escape because everyday life has gotten tough for some.

Like you mentioned above, things like jealousy are often referred to as emotions or character traits, is it possible to feel or experience jealousy, not act upon it – and maintain spiritual progression?

Great post Obara! It’s interesting to see you talk about the meaning/reasoning behind things like these. As a guyanese, I’d see my family use lime often (i.e. put them in certain places in the house) – I knew there were spiritual reasons but they’d never really explain.
