I laughed at the duppy commentary throughout this read . yes, they said they have to come see about this magnificent light you have. Sleep paralysis is one of the most frightening things to experience and it’s why I’m afraid to sleep in the dark and on my back. But i am slowly but surely overcoming those fears. A very great man by the name of Mr. Mitchel who was a mentor to me and one of the best spiritualist I have ever come across, as I call his name may the angels in heaven rig bells for him!

He taught me a very great potion, which I used for years and got relief and I eventually sold on my online shop as a sleep paralysis medicine. It was over looked and I laughed and said inwardly that these people do not even know how powerful this thing is and so after that batch was done I did not make any more for the public.

In my mind the great Mr. Mitchel gave me this remedy and humans bypassed it, ( I know i was being dramatic, lol) and so I scurried away into a hidden corner clutching my potion to my chest, screaming in my head never!!

I used to struggle a lot with sleep paralysis. It wasn’t until I stopped sleeping on my back that I was able to avoid it. When it happens I keep my eyes closed and focus on waking up calmly and it usually works.

We want More updates in seasons and episodes. Obara, please, give me a brief explanations on abduction and why some people experience it.

First of all, as usual,  thank you for this amazing blog. Every time you write, it’s like a whole class and a whole “get your life together” moment all wrapped in one. Seriously, this was powerful.

You are so right, “great diviners are rare”, but thankfully, we have a true and rare one in you. The way you broke this down with wisdom, truth, and a little humor was everything.

Now listen… that pregnancy part??  (LOL) mi nearly drop off mi chair! But honestly, it’s funny because it’s TRUE. People really don’t understand the level of energy, sacrifice, and spiritual weight that comes with real work.

A wisdom packed post. I can relate to what you said “many people use spirituality as a hustle” and it has become so common. Whenever I see this “pretty Princesses who has had comfort all her life on TikTok with an oracle to tell everyone about their life” I asked myself this questions:
Is their life journey that so easy or were their spiritual gifts developed just overnight without never walking through fire and survived it. And those who uses other people’s knowledge and makes it theirs without having any idea of the experiences and challenges that came with it.
For the belly sake, “Many are called” but the few choose ones are not even interested in the work and wish it should be taken away from them.
Obara, I want to asked this, if you want to share someone’s knowledge on spiritual things, what is the right way to do it?
