Just a little something to do, or for you to try. This will help you all much in life, It may sound simple but I assure you it is not. If you are truly indeed on a spiritual path, you will see and know how this exercise relates to your journey, I love L.W de Laurence. I believe it is the reaction which I get from people which makes him fascinating to me. People, mainly in Jamaica fear him, but I have realized the wisdom behind his stories and I am actually tickled by it. We should not fear him for the things we believed he was responsible for in Jamaica, as the Devil is the fall guy for wicked peoples deeds, it is so that I believe that the good doctor has been blamed for many wicked schemes and plans carried out by evil workers, working from the elemental plane of magic. They amuse me, these so called evil wicked people amuse me, they leave suffering and wretchedness for their heirs, how foolish they are. This exercise is from the Published work of very famous Dr. L. W. de Laurence, the name of the book escapes me, but what I have written here I have committed to memory enjoy!
Concentration of The Facial Muscles
Sit upright in front of your looking glass and gaze at the root of your nose;
that is just where the nose just out from the brow , breathe naturally.
Concentrate your attention on the facial muscles and try to avoid the slightest movement.
Keep all thoughts at bay; think only of keeping the facial muscles perfectly still.
Stand upright in front of your looking glass and fix your gaze as above.
Follow the same instructions as in the first position.
Stand upright in front of a high mirror with your hands down by your side,
Stand perfectly motionless.
Do not practice any of these positions, at first for more than five minute: gradually increase up to fifteen minutes;
Watch your breathing carefully in each position.
The ability to control the facial muscles will stand you in good stead on many occasions, Its value cannot be estimated, for those muscles are always trying to betray your thoughts to others. Bad News, Good News, Surprise, Fear, Joy all employ the the facial muscles to express themselves, therefore be on guard and exact complete obedience from your facial muscles. Remember people judge you by these muscles as much as by what you say. Therefore gain complete control over them.
From the works of L. W. de Laurence.
