HOTEP Y’ALL-PEACE

My friend sent me this email yesterday, I did not have the time to view it until last night, when I opened it I saw it was from the House of consciousness and Sa Neter interviewing this brother on the street. What he had to say was very interesting, so I want to share it. ...

Thank you Cami! Although Desiderata is really a poem, it reads like a universal prayer to me. It applies to all of us I believe , these words of wisdom and encouragement, motivation and inspiration! The world is in Chaos, please place your daily prayer here! if only you really and truly knew the importance of prayers! Let me know if you like this picture better than the first one. Mth we love and miss you! ...

OVERCOMING PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAUMAS

When I met Mr. Highgrade I met him in Jamaica. the details of our meeting is too much for me to write about and not relevant to this post so I will just skip along. We got together and he came to America to live with me and my children, who accepted him under my counsel. For most of my life, it had always been my children and I, so when he was about to come into our lives permanently I had a sit down with them and we spoke and they agreed. We had no idea that we were about to be in for a long ride! ...

AFRICAN SPIRITUALITY

Good morning one and all. Today is Saturday and I hope that you will find what I have posted interesting. Consciousness is the state of being awake and aware of one's surroundings. Consciousness is also the fact of awareness by the mind of itself and the world. When you are awake, you walk in light and no more in darkness. We should strive to become Awake and Aware! Watch the video and read the article below and if you are willing let us discuss this. Happy Saturday! ...

POLYGYNY/POLYGAMY-WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Last night during Book club Discussion Yazzy our blogger asked the question about Polygamy. Actually she said that she saw where I mentioned in a comment or a post that I agree with the act, to which I corrected her in stating that I did not agree with it, but I understand it, after it was explained to me from an African. I see  polygyny/polygamy in Africa first hand, and while the whole concept after it was explained to me is understandable when you really think about it, for certain people it just would not work. Polygyny is man being allowed to have more than one wife, Polygamy is the ability to have more than one wife or husband, men and women can do this as opposed to Polygyny which only pertains to men. The more than one husband thing appeals to me, bad, nah tell no ie! ...

ORUNMILA IS AWESOME

Good day to you all. My last thought before going to bed last night was that I would get up this morning and repost one of my other posts which i had written several months ago. I was excited at the thought, because It was (I think so) a very good post and I closed my eyes with the happy thought of sharing it again. ...
