INCARNATIONS, LESSONS, AND THE WHEEL OF LIFE

The Earth is a schoolroom, as are many realms within time and space, so human beings come to earth to experience many things that we cannot experience in another reality. The importance of our incarnations is the elevation of our consciousness. Here, the word consciousness means becoming a light being. 

Take for example the Sun, 95 million miles away from the earth, yet still it is the center of the Universe. The earth revolves around the Sun. The ancient Africans knew what the Sun represented, therefore they worshipped it, calling it Ra.

Just as such, Jesus, of the Christian Bible is called the the Son of God and the son, as he is termed to be, is metaphoric for the Sun, implying that Jesus was a conscious being, in other words,  a light being. Jesus is also described as “the Light of the world,” therefore, you can see that the Bible, in it’s stories is not to be taken literally but is a coded book for those with deeper understanding. So the “Light” as he was called, you may now be able to tell, is the Sun, which lights the world. I put the example of the Sun here just for a minute to detail to you how important light is in every function of our lives but where the Sun is concerned, being the center and the closest star to the Universe, what it represents to us here is what we ought to strive to be: light conscious beings.

Recently two questions were asked to me by newcomer blogger Ebony. I love when I am asked any questions on or about spirituality or tradition. Not only does it give me an opportunity to share my knowledge but it also unlocks within my mind knowledge that is there that will only come out when a question is asked. Therefore, I am forever learning myself. The question asked by Ebony was “What is the point of reincarnation? If it is to learn our lessons and eventually reach a state of perfection where then does the concept of judgment and wicked people paying for their deeds come in, if they get to come back over and over again?” Now here is my answer as simplified as I can make it. I do know that many of my bloggers and peepers are extremely intelligent but we can all admit that understanding the Universe and it’s inner workings can be slightly complicated, hence why I tend to explain things so detailed because I am mindful of that.

Now imagine for a minute…

A Ferris wheel that has 12 steps to its circle all labeled 1 to 12. Each spiritual soul (as I have posted about souls and soul groups here) has to, through the steps of the wheel, incarnate to the earth realm as students or to come and teach. After completing the first step on the wheel, the spirit who came to have the human experience and to elevate (because elevation of spirit to the point of receiving eternal light is the point of incarnation, in other words becoming a light conscious being as stated before and to do that is a process… a very long one.) within the realm of time and space when it goes back. If it did not complete its first step on that wheel, it would have to choose a time when it would incarnate again to correct mistakes it may have made in it’s former life. Although, it may not come back to live said life as it did prior. Now let me give you an example…

A person was born in India. As he grew he went through life as a normal person, married… had children… But the lesson that he came here to learn was how to experience love in way of giving it. Because of the system set up in India where men are on top of women always, he, having no memory of why he is here and his former life within time and space, takes on the character of the men of his society and ill treats his wife and possibly the children. Eventually he dies and makes his journey back to his home from whence he came. In judgement hall (this is a place where all spirits has to go to have a view of their life and their mistakes read here and here) he will review his life in front of elders along with his guardian angels and spirit guides. He will see all of his mistakes and that what he was set to do, he did not accomplish. What will happen will be that he will choose either to go back right away or when ever he chooses. But know that he will have to live that life all over again. Let us say he goes back right away. By now he is born in Africa, in a culture where the same system is set in place. He marries again… has children… same scenario plays out in a different culture, different society, different appearance, but the same spirit. (Also bare in mind that he doesn’t necessarily all the while has to be born male). He is here on the same journey unbeknownst to him. How will he fare? And if he fails again, it has to be done all over again, and again, until he gets it right so that he can move on to step number 2 of the Ferris wheel… and the cycle continues.

Once ‘graduated’ pass the 12th step and he now successfully ascends to dimensions within time and space where he no longer has to come to earth, (it is now his choice if he chooses to) then he, from where he resides along with the rest of the elders who are now ethereal beings, will assist in their high conscious state to elevate and teach others that are in lower dimensions. As above so below, what I mean by this is, initiation in the physical realm mimics initiation in the spiritual realm. His 12 steps on the Ferris wheel can be viewed as initiations.

This is why it is very important for all and sundry to know that no one ever “dies.” Our real home is within the dimensions of time and space, however, we must maintain the temple while the spirit fulfills the mission.

Many of us have no idea who we are and how important our spirit which resides within us is. This is why respecting ourselves and each other is crucial, for although the spirit that resides within is older and wiser than the young flesh it is driving, we are always connected to our higher selves whether we know it or not. Now you may wonder about the lessons that we incarnate to learn here in this earth realm and of them there are many. As a matter of fact they are countless. However, what is important is that we know that we are in school and that as we travel along life’s way in order for us to complete a journey and move on to a next phase while still alive in this physical plane, we must be able to understand lessons learned. This is what religion and the bible wielding pastors do not teach and this knowledge is crucial to our spiritual development.

Imagine this: You get involved in a relationship at age 18. You are in love and happy. In your mind this is the perfect person for you, and you just know that this will last forever. However, after the honeymoon phase fades away, the real person begins to emerge from your partners character. You begin to see him/her in a different light, wondering to yourself “who is this person?” The relationship may become abusive emotionally or physically. Yet you try to tolerate it, believing in the love you once knew. You may even blame yourself for the “change” of the person’s behavior towards you, eventually, you are forced to leave the relationship – either by family intervention or court system etc.

Now, you enter another relationship. Again, you are in love and happy. And again the honeymoon phase melts away… You begin to notice the similarity between this new relationship and the one prior. Yet still you stick it out and try to save it, although it is hurtful to you mentally as you now wonder “Why again?” This becomes a pattern into your third, fourth and fifth relationship.

The reason for this is that from the first relationship there was a lesson for you to learn, which you did not, which is why the circumstance repeats. Now, the lesson may be that one part of your journey here in this life is to learn to love yourself. This may be the only reason why you came into existence. Or it may be a lesson that you need to learn, which will then be a catalyst onto your next phase of life. Without understanding how to love yourself, then you may not be able to understand the feelings of others or to even recognize real love. This cycle would continue until this lesson is learned. If and when it is learned, then the same sort of “character” that you have been meeting, will no longer enter your life. That phase of your life is now closed. In other words we have to pass through the different phases of our lives so that these experiences do no reoccur.

Now I will give you an example of a recurring experience a person may have which is not to teach them a lesson but to instead show them who they are in life. Some of us who are here on our journey have prepared ourselves while still on the spirit realm how to find out who we are after we enter the earths realm.

Some people may come to earth with such a strong head that possibly where they lived in the realm of time and space they were someone so highly respected that they come to earth exuding the same “presence” and may find themselves being the source for their family, the one to send everyone to school, being the one to give advice, the defender and village lawyer for everyone, the head of household, or simply having loads of responsibility. They may even complain “why me?” because of the burden of so much responsibility, but even as they complain, as someone is in trouble or needs help, they are the first to run and respond or the first to defend or give that strong advice – THIS is their portion in life and they cannot change it.

These are two scenarios that many may encounter on their life’s journey and we ought to understand or at least try to, why things are the way they are. As I’ve always quoted, every disappointment is a lesson learned, and I will add there is a lesson in everything that we do and in everyone that we meet and in all our journey as we travel along this life.

To address Ebony’s second question, many people incarnate not only to learn but to elevate off the steps of that Ferris wheel by paying their karmic debts which can only be paid while living here on this earth plane but must be paid in full. The earth will never end, incarnation is a must for evolving spirits, the cycle will continue forever and no one knows what forever is. Please note that wicked or evil people, tormentors, betrayers, and backstabbers, all have their place in this world ( I will a post on this very soon), and many of these people are our greatest teachers as through their darkness and malevolence, the light that which we need to find, will be discovered.
