As much as I believe in baths, as long as they are prepared by competent people, in the switching of Stars/destinies, I dont think a bath is enough to return ones glory. The act must be ceremonial and then check to see if all is now well. Not everyone knows how to do this completely, but some do. Stay Blessed!

Reading this reminds me of an experience as a child, I knew I had a gift, and I could tell when something was going to happen. Then I told my mother and showed her an example, she had just gotten born again then, so she called a Pastor friend of hers who now said that I have a familiar spirit, and proceeded to cast and bind and all sorts of things, I just made up my mind never to display that gift again. I was about 8 years old at that time.

Greetings Bhutu, When I told her what to do to save the mother, it was while we were discussing what Ifa could do for the hospitalized mother via sacrifice. I did not want to press her, so while we spoke about the mothers condition, the spirit chimed in with the solution of this simple magnificent fruit. It was as simple as putting the fruit behind the mothers pillow; The spirit said the fruit would lend it life force while sucking the bad energy from the mother this was explained to the daughter. It even gave her the excuse to give the onlookers should thee be any. The big story here, is she could not do it. I do not think she did not do it because she was afraid, Her mother spirit held her back. If a person never utilize divination, then they travel life according to what their head tells them.They either listen or don’t. Life becomes a maze unbeknownst to them. It can play out good if they are intuitive enough or if they use their lives to assist others. During your post, you state some things can be altered and others aren’t revealed because it’s pretty much signed off on. What about the things that are revealed? Example- good things like babies or job success that are revealed (unasked by the seeker) and never come to fruition. How should seekers handle this?

This makes total sense now… Time was never given but additional instructions were after the fact. I think this is where competencies of the diviner May come in to play… Thanks!

The part you mentioned about not going into specifics when getting a reading is definitely the way I happen to prefer.

If it’s a destiny set in stone I would much prefer being in ignorance, especially if that destiny is what I perceive as unfavourable.

Through Ifa oracle is the best way, but you can be watchful of a persons life to be able to tell, for example how they make decisions, things that happen to them or things that are revealed to them, defeat or victories, etc. Those things can give you an idea if you are keen enough to notice, but oracle is usually the best way to know for sure.
