The other day I was so busy doing all and everything that I had forgotten to eat until on my way back home. My stomach reminded me that I had neglected it. Good day one and all, I have noticed from the other day in my most recent posts I have been writing about goodness and kindness and brotherly and sisterly love and not practicing evil and so on.   Good day to all. Today, upon blogger Cami’s suggestion/request, we will be exploring African foods. Nigerian recipes especially, and mostly that of the Yoruba’s the tribe to which I Obara Meji belong. I must say the first time I went to Africa and ate their food, it reminded me of Jamaican food.
