Good day to you all. I just wanted to share something I think is important. Many of you may not be able to wrap your heads around this, but never mind. The day will come for some of you, when you will begin to understand. In the mean time, it is my duty to let you in. These conversations have been around for sometime, some of you may know and some may not. Never mind scratching your heads about what is written here, read and later one day, it will eventually resonate. You will have no choice, as the world is changing. All I hope for is for all of you to realize that there is no suffering unless you buy into the idea. No sickness unless you own that energy, no deluge unless you call it to you. Life has its challenges, but face them and win. Use your own individual power, realize it. A rough road ahead, signals an unpleasant journey, but just for a little while. If you endure with little murmur, you will encounter the sweetest sap from life’s mystery tree. A smooth road may be fooling, choose well. Adjust your way of thinking and envisioning life. Try to pray for wisdom, and if it graces you, teach from it. No one holds the key to power, it too is an illusion. Take control of your own life, never release it to anyone. I have a job to do and I am doing  it.

The future is before you, it has already been written within your subconscious and play out even while you sleep , but as you travel along life’s way you can change it, (many of us do unbeknownst to us) to suit you as you walk through the earth. How?

Change your outlook, your mindset, your intention, shift your thoughts, your energy, what you pull to your space. What you give and what you allow yourself to receive. This is only done through the mind. When you see yourself in the dream, either as a child or as you are, you are in two worlds or the world you have created. It all boils down to one thing, we are all MIND! We are all THOUGHTS. The human body is just a cover or clothing for the BUBBLE that we are.

Fill a glass with water and observe the bubbles that forms, that is us without shape or form, believe it or not. Know that all that we are or think we are (here on earth) is just an illusion.

Allow no one to hurt you with words, or even actions, there within the hurt you find weakness. Weakness is stagnant like dirty water. It is unpleasant and it handicaps your journey. The sprit is strong, it is flesh that is weak. Align yourself to your spirit and there you will draw strength. How is this done? Again, through the mind. You control what happens to you through the mind, through your thoughts. Revise your life now and live.

Earth time does not wait for anyone.

The shift is happening and It is real, do not get left behind.

Revelation:

For this year coming up, try to eat or drink things bitter. Health will be the new wealth, in times to come. Bitter bush/herbs will help clean the blood, which will be important for the New Years to come. Drink water room temperature, the shift will have an impact on the human vehicle in how it reacts to it. Subtly but……

What a powerful message I hope the readers here will take the time to try to understand it even though at this point many will not even be able to fathom the facts that your speaking. It’s unfortunate that the whole “The Secret” movement was backed by those only looking for financial gain because in that documentary there was some actual facts and they lightly touch upon what your speaking of. Mind you I’m pretty sure they got their info from “The Master Key” but regardless it’s was great information.

Greetings my ES family

I just wanted to quickly share this with everyone. The thought came to me recently.

I live in the UK and this weekend just gone was remembrance sunday. Every year, On the 11th day of the 11th month, so 11th of November at 11am, there’s a 1 minute silence all over the country shared by everyone. Basically, the premise is for everyone to stop whatever they’re doing and be still and silent for 1 minute. Then on the Sunday of the rembrance week is when the queen, royal family, soldiers , government ministers etc get together at a memorial site, lay down wreaths of poppies to honour the dead soldiers who fought for British rights and freedom in the world wars. Also, for most of the month of November, people wear a red poppy flower, pinned on their clothing. All this is as a form of remembrance.

“Remembrance Sunday is held in the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth of Nations as a day “to commemorate the contribution of British and Commonwealth military and civilian servicemen and women in the two World Wars and later conflicts”. Wikipedia

Can we all see how the descendants of the white colonial masters honour their ancestors. Yet we Africans in diaspora do not honour our ancestors. The white man sold us a lie of religion, whilst taken away our freedom and rights. Most of us Africans here in diaspora have forgotten our roots. We have forgotten our past, our ancestors. The African pastors would say venerating our ancestors is a demonic practice, yet we live in a country where the whites do this blatantly, in public view, yet no-one calls them out on this so called “demonic” practice (I myself am not calling this a demonic practice- I’m saying this of the pastors). Our people need to be shaken and woken up. I was not aware of paying homage to our ancestors, only when I came to this site and met our wonderful teacher, Mama Obara.

It’s shocking to think how they have tried to weaken and destroy our African culture through their lies and indoctrination, yet they still maintain their “white” history and heritage and our black people remain asleep and kept as dumb sheep. They refuse to see the light.

I don’t like to talk much. I found this quote online, which I fully agree with.

“There are very grave consequences in not honoring the ancestors. Europeans in diaspora have todays Afrikans who live there as the children from the Slave trade thinking that the Afrikans who live in the Home Land are backwards and primitive worshiping arbatraily ancestors with out knowing what they are doing. At the same time so-called White ancestors are worshiped and honored in churches, schools, colleges etc.  What is not understood is, all of the images and statues in the churches and elsewhere are White People that have nothing to do with the Salvation of so-called Black People.  All of the images and likenes of so-called whites given to the Afrikan are people who played a major role in their ancestors destruction and en-slavement and not any of their well being.  In fact, this is why we suffer, suffer and suffer, calling on the Open Enemies so-called white ancestors to honor and not our own Ancient Afrikan Ancestors as “We” should. There can never be any justice under these sick, racist conditions.  “No justice no peace” is a slogan that is absolutly true.  There can never be justice for the Afrikans in diaspora or anywhere else until we learn to “Honor” our Afrikan ancestors and bring about justice by Uniting, Organising and most of All,…Learning the knowlege of Self, and “Take Back” what is rightfuly the Afrikans place in the Earth as it’s Care Takers and protectors. History has been re-wrote, meaning: The European’s have taken Afrikans place in history by changing the truth and distorting everything for the love of Greed and to satisfy unchecked appetites of lust for Power at any cost to the Earth and it’s Original People.  May the spirits of the ancestors continue to bless us with the Light of understanding”.

Thank you Ma for allowing me to share this.

A hot-tempered person may well destroy all he achieved in 20 years, in just one day……Yoruba Proverbs
[Uncontrolled anger can be self-limitting.]

This quote truly resonates with me. I have consciously made efforts to rid my enemy of a horrid temper for the past 13 years. Moving from hothead to being passive agressive, to just looking at a lot of things as minor setbacks. Over the years I have trained myself to remain distant from certain situations, persons, environment’s in order to remain in control of my enemy’s temper. I have to say, I’m truly proud of myself. My goal is to get to a point where I can be faced with certain issues and not be bothered at all. We’ll see…I’m a work in progress.

Mums, the bitter bush ago hard if MI embrace nah lie. Last time I tried MI enemy nearly keel over dung ah Ochi lmao. But I definitely understand the need for it. Like you said it’s a mind thing! Love and light peeps!

Greetings ES family,

All remember growing up that old time people use to say “the bitter and taste bad things in life is always the best remedy.” True mi Neva tek heed mi play tough and now that mi ole mi a run to the elders sayings….. Better late than never.

Since week I was say on TV some health report where they stated in a few months time the antibiotics they have or are creating won’t have any use for the human body anymore. Now the universe use you teach to confirm the sign.

It seems very fun and interesting with this twist of turn.

Good day Obara Change your outlook, your mindset, your intention, shift your thoughts, your energy, what you pull to your space. What you give and what you allow yourself to receive…..I wish everyone I encountered would think like this. Negative people exhaust me! Mind over matter. I do realize not every second you are going to feel optimistic but we have to fight, push ahead, keep peaceful.

Hey KB!!!! Honestly, I believe they exhaust everyone. They take so much energy. My number one prayer is for peace , can’t think straight without it. Stay blessed.

Of course not. I know for sure I’m a child of Obatala! I believe I acquired that temper while growing up on this earth realm. It’s habitual and was never broken early, just controlled. I’ve come to realize it stem from an inability to communicate. Good thing is I’m aware of it. But my true self is a very peaceful individual, I don’t like fighting, rather back off than fight.

Ma- thank you, thank you for all your love, support and dedication to mankind.

“to realize that there is no suffering unless you buy into the idea.” This quote is everything. Wow- your posts are mind blowing, as I read, my mind opens up like a flower blossoming.

It’s amazing Ma- your post came right on time. Yesterday, I came across a lecture by the rapper KRS one, and he was talking about the same thing- how everything exists because of the MIND and the power we have as conscious beings or spirit.

I thank the universe for your life. You always encourage me to explore deeper on these matters. I’m forever a student. Thank you Ma.

Hello Obara,
How are you. I love your post. It was definitely what I need at the point and time in life. Everything that was said it so true. I have a co-worker that just started working at my workplace she so negative. This woman complain about everything. I wonder how can she be like that? She constantly blames everyone but herself when she doesn’t understand what she’s being thought. I was just telling my boyfriend that I wanted to distance myself from her because I cannot stand the negative energy that she gives radiates. Honestly this is a eye opener for me. Thank you Obera. Nuff respect always .

Wonderful post Obara and like always on time. Ive been meditating and visualizing more, actively shifting my intentions and thoughts to better suit me. Lectures from Brother Panic and Bobby Hemmitt on the metaphysics have assisted with this but ultimately it is the individual who has to do the work. And its working. Life seems easier as if i keep making the right decisions that resonate within me I’ll have no worries. Even when life seems to be getting tough i smile right through it all. It may seem tough but thats only one way to see it. See beyond your two eyes and the solution is inevitable.

Since the hurricanes passed theres been an abundance of bitter bush growing. Grandmother calls it cane p senna?? It has little green round balls under the leaves. It bitter lawd but thats what i like. Not for the tatse but because i know im benefiting on an other level.

I’ll be traveling to Jamaica for a visit *smilez* on a cruise. Cant wait to reach that beautiful island with such amazing people.

Give thanks for the post, love you lots.

Great advise, Obara! Thank you! Reminds me of the childhood saying “sticks and stones can break my bones but words can do me no harm.”

This is a timely post Obara, as I have been saying this to myself. The mind is so powerful… a miracle is just a shift in perception. Through meditation, affirmations, living in the now, and working on not letting circumstances in life or others steal my joy is empowering (still a work in progress). In order to elevate we must overcome. But it starts with the mind. Life without challenges won’t help you grow or step out your comfort zone, but again based on perception. I’m learning to make the best of my Now, my time, my life and have better control over my thoughts and outlook on life. Starting with our mind, we can effectuate change. I have a young woman at work that sit next to me. 90% of the time she complains, whether about how she’s 40 yrs old with no hubby or kids, the job, now it’s her health. And she acts it out physically! And she makes me wonder if she is attracting these things to herself, making it worse for herself just by her attitude and jaded outlook on life. She is an accomplished intelligent lawyer and I try to show her by just changing her words from negative to positive is a start. But she is also teaching me somethings of what not to do. We have a limited time on this Earth we can try to make the best of it. I do have my days when I get into the mood (sorry in the Cancer in me) but I’m conscious of it… so I try to do or listen to things to uplift myself. Namaste
