First I am hearing about such creatures. Sounds like the goblins at the bank in the Harry Potter trilogy.

It’s not so much the belief but more the emotions and reactions it evokes that makes it effective.

How I see it is there is a collective consciousness that is the all. Based on the total of each individual’s intention and the energy backed by it will determine the general direction of this reality.
