What do you do when life throws you a curve ball?. When all your plans and dreams are shattered and you falter by the wayside with no plan in view?. When all that you have set your mind on begins to fall apart and you have no one to turn to, no one to assist you?. What do you do?. What do you do when your children turn against you for what you genuinely do not know?, when you know that you are the best worker and you go into your office and your boss fires you, in a time when you are about to lose your house and you’re six month in arrears with you car payment?. How do you handle the woes of life, the pitfalls, and all that could easily drive you insane, when time is drifting by and you cannot catch up with your peers because life has dealt you a dirty hand. How do you handle stress?, how do you deal with disappointments?, How do you bounce back from hardships? do you have drive? can you overcome, can you bounce back and if so how do you make sure that what happened before does not happen again?. Let’s explore these question together, and learn together.
