    • Love and Light to you Seeker.

“There is a different kind of spirit that is assigned to people of colour. This has nothing to do with race, but with spirituality and power.”

Take no offense to the post or any implications you might have gotten from it. It is not to suggest that non-melinated peoples are “less” spiritual than those with melanin, for the heights of one’s spirituality is not dependent on skin color. In fact, skin is of very little importance in spirituality. However, when it becomes a factor is when a group of people who are connected in some way (perhaps race connects them, culture connects them, gender, or anything at all), all begin to act in accordance to each other. There is a powerful energy in singing and dancing that rises one’s vibration very quickly. People of Color seem to have this in common, the ability to put forth a powerful energy when they perform, and the ability remains the same down the spectrum of melanin until it lessens. When this energy, which is powerful alone, now becomes a COLLECTIVE effort, the vibration of the group would have risen so effectively that they become spiritually “plugged in” very quickly.

In other words, what a people can achieve through sound and movement, others may only be able to achieve with a lot of help from incense, prayers, meditation, crystals, and or more. So the difference is only in the power of the avenue used to raise one’s frequency, not in the color of the people who have managed to do so.

You mentioned that you would like to become more spiritual, a magnificent way to do this is through meditation and positive thinking. It sounds too simple but negative thinking is of a lower vibration and hinders the process of raising your vibration. I believe I should write a post on this.

Thank you for your comment my dear.

    • Wow Sue you had an experience, thank God you are ok!

    • As I read I seen him, peace and in delight in what he has. He may not have much, but his wealth is in what little he has. His freedom is wealth. We do create our realities, it’s our choice to accept what we have been given. Unfortunately as humans we forget and chase what is not needed. Living life simple is living life. Thank you.

  • A part of human evolution is sound, or language. A child is born and the first thing we hear from him is sound as he cries his welcome into the world. As the baby grows he will develop speech which will become a […]

  • Looking back at my life coming up as a young woman, I had no thought as to who or what I was supposed to be. My parents had ambition for me, I had none. All I wanted to do  was read books and be comfortable doing […]

    • This post is 4 years old but I am new here so they are brand new to me and there are so many, I am so lucky!!!!!!!! Oh how Ms. Obara has blessed me with her wisdom!
My mother and I had a difficult relationship..so much so that I decided that I needed a new God! I wanted nothing to do with a God she was supposedly so connected with, but yet did not make her a better mother to me. Now when I look back, how wonderful is the creator? The need for a new God opened me up to spirituality and I have vowed to show my children the kind of love I craved as a child. God bless my mother, my teacher, even when the lessons were painful. Wonderful post Ms. Obara

  • In this post I will attempt to show you (real students) how the practical part of spirituality, healing, cleansing or clearing works – or manifests. I always find it best to teach in story form such as with the t […]

    • Awwww my darling this is the same way how I feel whenever I hear a person spitting knowledge on anything Spiritual.
I borought my children up in libraries and book shops. Often times spending my days there. A person seeking knowledge is certainly is the sparkle of Gods eye, in the word of a Nigeria former President Wife, Continue.

I will come to Kenya one day and we will meet or perhaps you will be a part of something I hope to do where we all will sit in a circle under the moon light and share so much out under the nights sky.

May the light of the divine shine upon you and yours so you can find your way through this market place call life.

Peace be upon you my dear.

No one can claim to be an expert on life, we can certainly testify to our experience here, but to say we “know it all” would be a fallacy. Yes, this plane, this earth realm with all its joys and sorrows, is a […]

I greet you all in the Yoruba traditional initiates greeting, from the Odu Ifa Ogunda Meji, Aboru Aboye Abosise.

Today I want to share with you a story from the scriptures of Ifa, from the Odu Ifa nicknamed […]

    • Hi Ms. Obara,
Pls are you in nigeria or jamaica. i want to know if i can see you personally.

    • The beauty about these stories CharMD is that, they are given when a particular ODU comes out for the person seeking divination, in this case OWONRIN/OGBE came out, The story is told in this way relating to the person sitting before the babalawo. The story has a message about what is happening to the person. So the tale is to tell her that she is powerful but she has enemies who wants to tear her down, they are jealous of her because they have tried her in many ways, and she is still pushing forward, but they are still after her. However if she do her sacrifice, the deities will now face the wicked and they will back off or something will happen to them, like how dog lost his voice. This is why the story is told about dog in relation to what is happening to the person inquiring about their life. As for dog knowing her secrets, I now look at my dogs differently of course, lol
