You have all seen my posts with me writing about the realms and also of our astral mates, here is some information that I have decided to share with you today, to further teach you some of what you may know little or nothing about. In reading this you may see where I sometimes disaggree with Dr. Stone, this is because the knowledge that I Obara Meji have acquired on this subject was given to me directly by my astral mates, and spritual teachers who lives in the outer dimensions, but for the most part Dr. Stone is correct. This work was written by the late Joshua David Stone PhD. From his book ‘The Complete Ascension Manual’. As stated my intention with creating Embracing Spirituality is to educate and I will not stifle other people’s work or thoughts or beliefs. I believe that there is truth in a lot of literatures, especially those that have been thoroughly researched with care and dedication, also for those who have the ability to channel from the many different realms messages and pass it along to those that seek to know; though the truth may not be COMPLETE in all, it is for you the reader to intelligently process what makes sense to you, or research, or tap into your inner consciousness to find otherwise, and it is possible to do this. As Embracing Spirituality grows, we will be exploring together, what I know is very important to our spiritual development, and that is meditation. The Lower Astral Realm; There is a type of borderland zone that is above the purgatory and hell region and that actually super imposes itself on Earth life. Here are good people who have found what they consider to be contentment in the areas close to Earth. This particular area is like an actual counterpart that duplicates life on Earth, except it is still in the astral plane. Life is so much like that of Earth it is often hard to realize that one has even left. At some point these soul extensions (one who has crossed over) begin to yearn for something better. In the spiritual world people communicate telepathically, for the most part. Vocal speaking is not given up entirely, however. In the lower astral plane the art of telepathy does take some training, but comes quite easily to those on the upper astral and mental planes. On the higher planes people can instantly understand each other even if they speak different languages. This is where I, Obara Meji do not agree with the writer. As a person crosses over into the astral realms all languages are known to them regardless of whatever plane becomes their new residence. The soul has been travelling for many years and has been incarnated into many different ethnic groups throughout the years so when the physical body has been shed and the soul is now living again in the astral realm all its memory of its previous incarnations return.
Occupations: The list is endless in terms of opportunities for studies and development. Some people think, play music, cult, and build homes with their minds. There are gardeners, scientists, inventors, teachers, counselors and healers. Many scientists work to implant their ideas within the consciousness of people on earth. Many counselors walk with people who have just died helping them to adjust. There are endless opportunities for both learning and serving others. People who want to travel can travel all through the world they live in or around the earthly world if they choose. (although I, Obara Meji do agree with some of these statements, I have one objection here; and that is, even though the soul spirit can travel to any part of the earthly realm and also within their world, there are times when a special pass is needed and has to be applied for similar to applying for a visa or passport on the Earth plane). Some counselors and teachers travel to the lower planes to help awaken their brothers and sisters to the higher life that is ahead of them. Writers on the higher plane can use a machine that actually writes the book as they talk into it. Researchers can read books in a way that is more like seeing a movie than is actually reading. In these higher planes one can go into a library and review the history of Earth in pictorial movie form right before one’s eyes.
Wouldn’t it be fascinating to go into the library and actually look at what happened at the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ in 3-D movie form? Another possibility would be to go back and look at the civilizations of Atlantis and Lemuria in 3-D. All the information in the universe is available when we reach these higher levels of consciousness. Some occupations do vanish from the spiritual world, such as lawyers, beauticians, morticians, politicians. This sounds pretty good doesn’t it! Painters actually learn to paint with their minds instead of a brush. There are classes for teaching those who wish to review their past incarnations.
Murder: When a murderer passes over to the spiritual world, he is most likely to gravitate to the lower astral plane. When a soul such as this finally begins to wake up, he is appalled at what he has done, the lifetime of opportunity he has wasted, and the karma he has created for himself.
In some cases the murderer will have an opportunity to meet the person he murdered. This can be an incredible moment of truth for the soul extension. More often than not, the person who was murdered has evolved and forgive the murderer, for this is the only way to God-realization. This act of forgiveness may uplift the murderer to the point where he may gradually be able to take his rightful place in soul consciousness and begin his long road back to realizing God.
In other cases the murderer may cry out to God in anguish from the hell regions and spiritual guides will come and begin the slow process of rehabilitation and growth for this person. Sidebar….the hell regions that the writer has written about here, please note that it is not the same hell that the Christians fear. As usual, whatever you do not understand, please ask the questions and I will answer. Not everything that is written here I, Obara Meji agree with, as well as I do agree with some. However, as I have explained before it is up to you the reader to use your inner spirit and process the truth..

I think I have a very basic understanding of the astral realms. Where I am not too sure is people who are in this realm with a higher vibration who can do astral projection, communicate to spirits, eg Edgar cayce and while here able to access your past life prints thru past life regression. Where do the fit and how are they go back and forth. Is this a more side to side movement? Rather than an up and down?
If a person had the ability to travel to the astral realm, I do this also, there is no up down or sideways, in actuality you are guided there while in a sleeping or meditative state by your spirit guide. One minute you are aware of the physical world and then it seems as if you are some where watching yourself in another realm the feeling is like being detached from your body

Great to see this topics, my 4 year old told me about his fire friend that he talks to from another realm. I think I have always believed this concept, just never knew the exact number of planes. How do you go from one plane to another? I too am very young on my spiritual journey but know that it is a path I must travel and embrace. Thanks Obara for sharing you knowledge, love, and blessing.
Thanks Ty, the not every spirit can go to every realm, each real operate on different vibration and so not everyone can exist on other planes the ones who are in higher planes cans visit the other planes in the lower less dense dimensions

Hello SharleneRose yes your daughter sounds like an ole soul just like I know that my 6 year old is my reincarnated grandmother spitting image of her too….I find the Tao fascinating Obara…it is knowledge, wisdom, and energy…life is energy so is death and everything in between….Our physical and energy body are one however death separates the two…. Obara is it safe to say that in this Physical Plane the energy is slower for example we are moving at a turtle speed compared to the astral plane where time is like a light switch?

this truly is a deep post, it makes you look at life and death so differently. I feel, with this knowledge, if I try to live the best life I can on this plane, that every time I came back to earth, my life would be better each time. Obara does it work this way at all?

There are actually nine dimensions and each dimensions has may realms and regions, but only seven the the soul ever gets to know, not even Jesus The christ has acended to those other two planes he sits on the sixth plane, along with others like him who had come to the world with their extreme benelovence, love and wisdom.

I have also read that the Bardo state can be unpleasant for some souls, hence upon rebirth the crying of the baby while the soul enters the body.

Obara me again I get that part of coming back to the physical plane is to learn and elevate to another level again I may be answering my questions but could it be to pay back your Karma as well? Obara I have a question….why when you are coming back to the physical plane I some souls chose their family, however prior to chosing that family they have seen the outcome the future as to what will be of that family, so why be born into that family especially if your life as a child or an adult may not be so good? I get that you have lessons to learn and a job to do, I may have already answere my question, but why put the physical body through the tourment??

FOR INSTANCE…you Obara…you are so gifted and the things that you have experienced are unique to you alone…your whole spiritual journey is defined by who you are today…us spiritual babies know that you haven’t acquired your wisdom through age…it’s more than that…cause for a mother woman you’re quite young…it is rather who you came here with…and many other things…the manner in which they chose to give you your knowledge and abilities…its not like you walked up to someone and asked them for this…so it is fascinating to hear your stories in wonder and amazement
i am fascinated by the idea of the astral realms because i have been aware of astral projection and used to attempt it from childhood…maybe 8 or 9 years old…the concept of closing your eyes and visiting a person no matter where they are…so with that the astral realms does sound as if it is something that as you get spiritually stronger is something that can be explored…however it seems as if not everyone would be able to travel in that manner
