It’s as if you saw a short clip of the whole thing Ma. You hit bullseye eye in saying he may have been placed there to cut down on the bloodshed. He was actually one of the executives and during his reign there was not fight that resulted in killing. He gave us protection in our hostel and stopped oppressive tendencies amongst his goons.
